Файл hosts - що має бути
Системний файл hosts — це текстовий файл, в якому міститься локальна база даних доменних імен та IP-адрес. Запит до файлу hosts має більший пріоритет перед зверненням до DNS-серверів. Цим і користуються різні віруси або шкідливі програми, підміняючи його вміст на свої дані.
Де знаходиться файл hosts?
За замовчуванням, системний файл hosts розташований в каталозі C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc.
Щоб до нього потрапити, треба зайти в меню Пуск > Виконати або натиснути комбінацію клавіш WIN R. У вікні Запуск програми вводимо адресу:
C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc
або
%WinDir%\system32\drivers\etc
Натискаємо кнопку Enter.
